2. PRODUCTION TIME
- Allow 5 - 7 business days for premade/"1 available" orders. All reproductions/pre-orders are hand crafted by me at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks to receive your order.
3. WHAT CONSTITUTES "HANDMADE"?
- Each piece is drawn, cut, painted and distressed by me. My art is intentionally made to look worn and misshapen. Legs, arms and other aspects of my work may be uneven. My work is also gone through a distressing process. Not every piece will look exactly what is pictured in the photo.
4. PRICING
-Pricing is based on labor and time put into each individual piece. Also includes expenses for materials, tools and marketing management.
Proof of broken and lost items will be requested. Due to the severity of the damaged item this will be handled on a case by case basis. All sales are final at purchasing. I am not held accountable for lost or stolen items. If provided proof of lost packaging discounts or replacements may be issued. Again this is on a case by case basis.
5. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PIECE IS LOST OR ARRIVES BROKEN?
-Please reach out with in 5 to 7 business days if a piece arrives broken or lost.
